Elliot has always been passionate about the ocean and its occupants. This lead him to attend Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA where he majored in Fisheries Biology and received a minor in both scientific and leadership diving. In Northern California he learned that good visibility is 10 feet, warm water is anything over 55 °F and everyone pees in their wetsuit. He is AAUS certified scientific diver with experience working with Reef Check California, an experienced deckhand on party fishing boats and always willing to help newcomers into the lifestyles of the sea. Fishing and diving are what he does and who he is.
